Supports "webcam" with plain image or image stream with Netscape server-push. Uses Connectix QuickCam for PC as the image source and provides configuration interface through config file and interactive form.
PHP is a popular web
development scripting language. While it already can run as CGI, it
can be used more efficiently as a module. Since fhttpd modules, as opposed
to other servers, can run under different userids and on remote hosts,
module version doesn't lose any functionality or flexibility compared to
CGI one -- actually it behaves just like fhttpd-file module
that handles files and CGIs in fhttpd.
The port is included in the PHP 3.0RC (Release Candidate) and can be downloaded from the PHP3 Downloads page. Last development version can be found in the CVS repository.
Currently module can control one X-10 interface through the combination of TW-523 and "TWO-WAY" serial adapter, and handle up to 256 devices (X-10 addressing limitation). Module already keeps track of the changes in devices status (only if status isn't changed on the device manually), understands lamp and appliances modules, including lamp modules with dimmer level memory. Better user interface, scripts and cron-like timers support is planned.
